This page gathers the most common questions with short answers. The full agreement you accept during registration opens in a separate window. You reach that window through the link on the registration form. The sections below follow a question and answer format.

What is the age requirement to open an account?

You must be at least 18 years old. The registration form asks you to confirm this separately. Your age can also be checked during identity verification.

How many accounts can I open?

You can open only one account. A second account under the same identity is not allowed. This rule also applies to bonus participation.

How do registration and login work?

You can register using a phone number or an email address. The phone tab defaults to the +90 country code. Your password must be at least 6 characters. You can log in with Phone, Email, or Account ID.

Which territories are excluded from service?

The operator does not provide services in a number of territories. These include Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao. France, the Netherlands and the Republic of Cyprus are also listed. Saba, Statia and Sint Maarten fall into this group. Singapore, the United States and Australia are also excluded. The United Kingdom, Israel and Iran belong to this list too. Italy, North Korea and Iraq appear on it as well. Pakistan, Afghanistan and Estonia are included. The Kahnawake territory in Canada is listed too. Turkey does not appear on this list.

How does identity verification work?

We reserve the right to verify your age and country of residence. Your actual location can be checked as well. A verification request may arrive at any stage. Document review runs through the provider KYCAID. KYCAID is an independent verification company. You can upload an ID card, passport, or driver's license. Your IP address is logged by the system. Your browser data is logged automatically too.

Which method is used for withdrawals?

Withdrawals are processed using the method you used to deposit. Switching to a different method is not possible. Transfers between user accounts are not allowed. Transfers received from third parties are not accepted.

Which deposit methods are available?

Six Havale/IBAN methods are available for deposits. Eight cryptocurrency options are offered as well.

How is payment data protected?

The site runs on 256-bit SSL encryption. The certificate belongs to Thawte Consulting. Access to your payment data is restricted. The relevant page operates under the PCI DSS standard. Our staff cannot access this data directly.

The full text opens through a link on the registration form. Clicking that link displays the agreement in a separate window. Registration is not completed unless you check that box.
